ScanSource has seen a significant increase in customer demand for the configuration of a larger number of solutions with increasing complexity, in addition to the need for enhanced throughput capability. To that end, ScanSource expanded its configuration capabilities by nearly doubling its production area and configuration space. Building on the hardware and software integration and configuration services ScanSource has been offering its customers for more than eight years, the Custom Configuration Center affords resellers the opportunity to better scale their businesses and take advantage of opportunities that heretofore they may not have had the resources to manage.

Through the Center, resellers can rely on ScanSource to deliver a superior level of quality backed by the utmost attention to detail. Solutions are monitored and inspected before leaving the Center, ensuring all components of the solution are included and in working order. Quality processes at the Center include:
